By Special Request

I had a request from an anonymous comment on a previous post from the Grand National Roadster Show. It was in regards to the '68 Firebird I posted a couple of pictures of. Since it was one of my favorite cars from the show, I decided to do this special post.
If I remember correctly the car was brought down from Oregon, and had just finished an 8 year restoration. From the flawless mirror finish black paint job, The staggered fitment wheel & tires, to the slammed stance from being on air bags. Which were used for car shows and "Daily Driving" and they had built in a quick change set up for coil overs, for when the car is  raced on the track in Road Course and Autocross races (which he said he hasn't yet, but can't wait until he does). This Firebird was really built to be driven and enjoyed.
Hopefully the owner of this car sees this post, and fills us in with all the specifics of the build.

50th Anniversary of the Pony

I had a great time this morning at the Automobile Driving Museum's 50th Anniversary of the Ford Mustang show. As I've said before I'm a Chevy guy (I even wore my Felix Chevy Shirt Hahaa!!) But I can appreciate a nice car! There were quite a few late models that showed up for the event, but I focused my attention on the early year Mustangs which I prefer over the late models. I hope you enjoy these pics I took.
